Our client, a growing leader in logistics and distribution services, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: South Johnson County (Olathe/Edgerton, KS)
Pay Range: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience
Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (overtime available until 4:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accuracy
• Load and unload trailers, vans, flatbeds, and shipping containers
• Perform repetitive heavy lifting, moving, and handling of materials throughout the shift
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including carts, dollies, and other powered equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus
• Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting throughout the workday
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
• Dependable work history with excellent attendance record
