Our client, an integrated advisory and investing platform, is seeking two Long Term Temporary Remote Administrative Assistants to join their team. The hours will be either 8am-6pm or 6am-2pm depending on who you will be supporting. The assignment will be 3-4 months with the potential to extend going forward. The roles will pay up to $35/hr.
Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to senior executives located throughout the United States, United Kingdom, and Ireland
• Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
• Process and manage expense reports
• Monitor and respond to executive communications as needed
• Assist with onboarding and integration of newly hired senior leaders
• Handle data entry, reporting, and ad hoc administrative projects
• Partner with executives to ensure priorities and scheduling needs are met
• Provide general administrative support in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  Qualifications:
  • 3-4+ years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or related support experience
  • Strong calendar management and travel coordination skills
  • Experience supporting senior-level executives preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to use personal laptop for day to day work needs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Concur is a plus
  • Experience with TZELL or other corporate travel booking platforms is a plus
