Production Assembler

We're hiring Production Assemblers to join our team for weekend shift at $21.75 per hour.

This is an excellent opportunity for students, people with weekday commitments, or anyone looking for a quality job without a Monday–Thursday schedule.

What You'll Do

• Assemble products using power tools, fasteners, adhesives, and other materials
• Follow detailed work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy
• Rotate between workstations based on production needs
• Inspect finished products to verify they meet quality standards
• Package completed products and prepare them for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules and quality expectations
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• 18 years or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test in accordance with company policy, including marijuana (THC).

• Ability to stand 10-12 hours and lift up to 25–50 lbs
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Reliable attendance

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Willingness to be flexible in work assignments

Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required — we're willing to train the right person.
