The Planning and Scheduler – Data Center Infrastructure is a senior individual contributor responsible for building and managing the integrated master schedule for large-scale OCI data center programs—from project initiation through GPU/rack handover. This role drives schedule predictability across a matrixed organization by aligning internal teams and external partners, maintaining critical path clarity, and proactively managing schedule risk to enable on-time, on-budget delivery. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
This role is based in the El Paso, TX/Las Cruces, NM area and requires one to live in the area. Relocation assistance available. Only apply if you currently live in this area or are able to relocate permanently to the area.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
