KENCO - - Responsibilities: Develops, analyzes, modifies and executes the Wave Plan to meet predetermine ship schedules for all customers while maintaining a level workload of activity across all shifts; Prioritizes daily schedule and create reports as needed to monitor, track and measure performance at all levels; Provides technical assistance as a superuser while conducting diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems; Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources or locate and leverage the appropriate external resources to solve problems as needed; Documents procedures and solutions for help desk issues
