This vital role involves ensuring the quality and safety of biological products by performing inspection, packaging, and labeling in accordance with strict quality standards. As a Production Associate II, you will operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment, preparing raw materials, components, and supplies to support seamless production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, package, and label biological products with precision and adherence to quality standards.
Operate and oversee manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Prepare raw materials, components, and supplies required for production.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
Contribute to team efforts to meet production targets and deadlines.
Participate in training and development for continuous skill enhancement.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of experience in production, manufacturing, packaging, or assembly environments.
Basic math skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Schedule and Compensation:
Pay rate ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Shift options include:
1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30PM
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM -10:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:15 PM -2:45 AM
3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 10: 00 PM - 6:30 AM
3rd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM
Overtime is mandatory and may be required to meet production deadlines.
