Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while following security procedures in a healthcare setting; Conduct regular patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity; Monitor entrances, lobbies, hallways, and other areas to manage access and report concerns; Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and communicate with site contacts or emergency personnel; Assist with directions and inquiries, and report maintenance or security issues to appropriate contacts
