Job SummaryLocation: 15400 South Green Road, Olathe, KS 66061Compensation: $20.09 per hour.Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12pm – 8:30pm. Full‑Time, Non‑Exempt.Primary ResponsibilitiesPull and pack orders accurately, meet productivity and accuracy standards.QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or older.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Ability to read and speak English.Must have reliable transportation.Ability to follow detailed instructions.Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.Comfortable using electronic devices.Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.Basic math skills, including counting, adding and subtracting quickly and accurately.Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.Flexible with start and departure time changes.Ability to work overtime when needed.Ability to work independently without close supervision.Responsible for any additional duties assigned.Protective EquipmentMust wear proper safety equipment if required (e.g., safety toe shoes, bump caps, safety vest). PPE is company‑provided with a $100 stipend for safety‑toe shoes after 90 days for eligible roles.Restock Driver duties involve standing, walking for 8+ hours, frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling items up to 50 lbs.
