This role is responsible for supporting warehouse bench assembly operations with a focus on painting, finishing, and quality control. The position involves working with paint and cleaning chemicals to color match, mix, and apply paint according to project specifications, as well as performing touch-ups, repairs, and caulking on assemblies. A key aspect of the role is identifying and remediating paint defects to ensure products meet strict quality standards and are delivered with zero defects.

The individual will operate within a structured warehouse environment, performing repetitive tasks, material handling, and maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas. Responsibilities also include creating and applying assembly identification labels and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.

This position requires strict compliance with OSHA, company, and customer-specific safety requirements, and includes performing additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferredTravel: 0%Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary and can include, but is not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
