Life Care Centers of America - - Responsibilities: Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with applicable laws and Life Care standards; Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting; Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care; Maintain professional relationships with residents, families, and staff; Document care as required and monitor resident status and safety
