As a Busser/Server Assistant, you'll ensure tables are turned quickly and the restaurant maintains top-notch cleanliness, supporting our servers and bartenders.

Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next guests.
• Collaborate with servers and bartenders, assisting with service flow and promptly addressing guest needs.
• Maintain overall restaurant cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere, focusing on floor, table, and restroom upkeep.
• Show attention to detail, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
• Work quickly and efficiently to turn tables during peak dining times, accommodating new parties.
• Offer support during busy periods, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Previous experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are valued.
• Passion for providing exceptional service and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, turning tables promptly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Evening shifts typically begin at 4:30 or 5:00.

• Pay rate starts at $5/hr plus tips. Tip out will vary based on daily sales and will be received in the form of cash.
