Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location; Screen individuals, bags, packages, and/or personal items entering or exiting the location in accordance with site protocols and screening procedures; Verify identification, credentials, and/or visitor access permissions, and help to document entry activity, deliveries, and other screening-related information; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate; Monitor designated entry points and surrounding areas for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or items of concern, and help to support an orderly access process
