Chilis - 14920 South Harrison Street - Responsibilities: Act as the right-hand person to the GM and fill in for the GM in all functions while the GM is out of the building; Support all restaurant operations and conditions to ensure the quality of the product and customer service; Mentor and train team members, manage performance, and develop shift leaders; Assist GM with hiring, terminations, promotions and raises; manage inventory and budget adherence; Perform duties of a food server, expo, line cook, service assistant, or food runner when needed
