Brookdale Senior Living - 12000 Lamar Avenue - Responsibilities: Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cords; Perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned; Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents; Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and any other jurisdictions governing the community; Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company policies
