Pick Module Picker Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Accurately pick orders assigned within a specified zone of the Pick Module
• Read and interpret product locations using the Lightning Pick Module system
• Identify and verify box labels based on priority identification codes, ensuring accuracy in product labels, numbers, and SKU descriptions
• Package and prepare items for shipment according to company standards and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following 6S workplace safety policies
• Assist with inventory management by reporting discrepancies and ensuring product accuracy
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety protocols
• Work as a team member and participate in cross-training for additional tasks within the Pick Module

Pick Module Picker Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods
• Frequent lifting, carrying, and handling of products up to 50 pounds
• Bending, reaching, twisting, and stooping to retrieve and pack products
• Manual dexterity is required for handling small items and operating warehouse tools
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and environments
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting
• Experience in warehouse operations or order fulfillment preferred
• Ability to read and understand product labels, SKUs, and pick locations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work requirements
• Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and best practices
