Prime Staffing is seeking a travel Perfusionist for a travel job in Overland Park, Kansas. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Perfusionist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 06/08/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Position: Travel Perfusionist – OR Location: Overland Park, KS Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: Monday – Friday | Variable Shifts Shift Timing: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Start Date: 06/08/2026 On-Call Requirement: Approximately 2 call days per week with shared weekly/weekend call coverage Responsibilities: Operate and manage cardiopulmonary bypass equipment during cardiac surgeries Perform perfusion support for procedures including CABG, MVR, AVR, Aortic Dissections, TAVR, and ECMO initiation Monitor and maintain patient circulation and oxygenation during procedures Utilize Spectrum Quantum HLM, Centrifugal Pump Head, CATS Cell Saver, and Cardiohelp ECMO Pump Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff Maintain accurate documentation using Viper/Spectrum and Meditech systems Participate in on-call coverage for emergency cardiac procedures Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of CCP experience Experience with Spectrum Quantum pumps and Centrifugal pump head Strong verbal communication skills Willingness to take call responsibilities Certifications & Licensure: ABCP / CCP Certification required Missouri Perfusionist License required BLS Certification required About Prime Staffing At Prime Staffing, we understand the importance of finding the perfect fit for both our clients and candidates.
