Applies specialty product knowledge to the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with elevated borrower relationships and/or complexity to include increased communication and automony. Supports the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance with loan document, accurate processing of transactions and timely reporting to stakeholders. These commercial real estate loans include CMBS, balance sheet and agency loans. Will be required to analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to accurately apply loan terms in loan servicing activities. - All servicing activities must be carried out in compliance with servicing agreements, loan documentation, internal policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
