As a Meat Department Clerk, youll be responsible for stocking, rotating, and packaging fresh meat products while providing exceptional service to customers. Youll help maintain clean cases and prep areas, support food safety standards, and assist the meat department team with daily tasks. Key Responsibilities:Stock and rotate packaged meat products in refrigerated cases. Package, label, and weigh meat products accurately and attractively. Keep meat cases and prep areas clean, organized, and sanitary. Provide friendly and helpful service to customers in the department. Maintain awareness of product freshness and expiration dates. Assist with unloading deliveries and storing product properly. Follow all company and food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures.
