Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent)
• Experience operating in global, matrixed consulting or professional services environments
• Experience in asset-intensive, regulated, or infrastructure-focused industries
• Experience in the energy and water infrastructure domain

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management, transformation leadership, or related consulting roles
• Demonstrated experience building, scaling, and leading an OCM practice
• Proven success advising senior executives and leading change for large, complex organizations
• Exceptional executive presence, communication, and facilitation skills
• Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting sales growth, pursuits, and client development
• Industry certifications (e.g., Prosci, Agile, or equivalent)

Work Environment/Physical Demands

• BandV Office Environment or Client Site - Travel up to 100%
