As the face of our business, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a critical role in delivering exceptional service while driving revenue through effective rental sales. Key Responsibilities:Deliver outstanding customer service and create positive rental experiences from initial greeting through return. Finalize rental reservations, expertly matching customers with the right vehicles while actively promoting upgrades, additional products, and services to meet both customer needs and business goals. Manage daily store operations, including vehicle inventory control, lot organization, and vehicle preparation. Perform callbacks and follow-ups to maximize bookings and customer satisfaction.
