On the Team Plan and monitor the daily activities of trade partners to ensure they align with the project schedule and scope of work. Inspect the quality of their work and approve payments once the tasks are satisfactorily completed. Maintain the construction administration software for the project including Procore, Build. Pro or other software utilized. Ensure the construction progress and home completion dates are accurately reflected in the schedule. Maintain a current working knowledge of all applicable building codes. Actively communicate with trade partners on all OSHA regulations, ensure compliance with Lennars safety program and maintain all records regarding safety and compliance. Conduct regular safety meetings with trade partners and Lennar associates. Ensure that all necessary building inspections are conducted, including securing final occupancy certificates, and keep associated documentation.
