What You'll DoMercor is partnering with leading AI labs to advance frontier agent evaluations in personal legal and admin. As a Personal Legal & Admin Expert, you'll build long‑horizon tasks that mirror the work you already do, each paired with a deterministic rubric that grades agent performance against verifiable ground truth. Tasks need to have checkable answers; no open‑ended essays or subjective judgment calls. Expect to build scenarios across:Contract review: leases and offer letters against a clause‑checklist with known‑problematic terms seeded in, insurance policies compared against a defined coverage rubricDisputes: HOA and small‑claims responses with ground‑truth legal‑sufficiency outcomes, security‑deposit disputes against state‑law referencesPersonal admin: document‑prep packets against required‑field lists for name/address/passport processesThese scenarios will be challenging and take long sessions of focus.Who We're Looking For3+ years as a paralegal, legal ops professional, or attorneyExpertise in one or more of the following: residential lease review, consumer insurance policy comparison, employment offer letter review, small claims or consumer disputes, estate document organizationComfortable reading and producing personal‑legal artifacts: redlines, dispute letters, comparison summaries, checklist packetsClear written communication; can articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubricsLocated in the United StatesCompensationUSD70–90 / hr depending on domain depth and prior experience.
