12 Oaks Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Dispenses medications under the direction of a licensed nurse according to established procedures; Supervises the Residents medications under the direction of the service plan according to established procedures and regulations; Completes necessary care documentation (written and or electronic) timely and accurately; Helps residents with personal care functions as needed; Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA privacy policies and procedures
