This role is responsible for enabling sales through strategic solution development, partnering closely with sales leadership, and ensuring the successful implementation and performance of incentive and recognition programs. The Sales Solution Manager acts as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and customers, blending strategic thinking, SaaS expertise, and customer insight to deliver high‑impact programs.What You'll Be DoingEnable sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and advancing new incentive and recognition opportunitiesDevelop strategic incentive and recognition solutions using Staples Promotional Products' SaaS platformPartner with sales teams to support complex deals, solution positioning, and customer engagementCollaborate with internal line‑of‑business and marketing teams to enhance the product portfolio based on market trends and customer feedbackInfluence and support the client success model to ensure strong program adoption and outcomesOversee program budgeting, forecasting, and performance against revenue and profit targetsServe as a subject‑matter expert for incentive and recognition solutions across the U.S. sales organizationParticipate in the successful launch and ongoing optimization of customer programsCoach and guide client success resources on best practices for program support and executionWhat You Bring To The TableDeep expertise in incentive and recognition program design and structuresStrong strategic thinking and problem‑solving capabilitiesProven ability to influence and collaborate across sales, marketing, and client success teamsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong SaaS and technology acumenResults‑oriented mindset with a focus on revenue enablementAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environmentThought leadership and credibility with customers and sales leadershipHigh level of adaptability and independent judgmentWhat's Needed – Basic Qualifications5+ years of related business experienceDemonstrated experience supporting revenue growth initiativesWillingness to travel up to 50% to meet with customersWhat's Needed – Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field5+ years of experience in revenue enablement or solution‑based sellingProven track record of identifying, qualifying, and implementing incentive and recognition programsExperience within the promotional products or related industryDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue and profit targetsWe OfferInclusive culture with associate‑led Business Resource Groups22 days of PTO and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays + 1 floating holiday)Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
