Daily compensation of $1,000-$4,000 - structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production

Flexible oral surgery scheduling: 1-2 days per month, coordinated around your existing practice or hospital schedule

Our oral surgery program gives providers a meaningful way to extend their impact without the overhead or long-term commitment of a full-time position. Our oral surgery practice has:DentaPro softwareDigital x-ray and Panorex unitsDedicated dental assistants trained to support oral surgery proceduresYearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management trainingOral Surgeon responsibilities include:Provide surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriateDeliver oral surgery care efficiently and safely in a well-supported dental environmentPartner with our dental office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered careWe expect our Oral Surgeon to have:DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental programCompletion of a CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residencyActive dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensureCompassion and a strong desire to provide oral surgery care in a community dental setting
