Responsibilities include:

• Manage all aspect of the product development process through each stage gate from concept, design, testing, manufacturing and tooling design, production launch, to marketing
• Develop and spec materials for new products
• Develop samples for business development
• Become the resident expert on specified product line working in cross functional team
• Develop and maintain environmentally sustainable solutions

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Experience with pulp paper, packaging, plastics, CPGs, flexible materials, and/or consumables preferred
• CAD skills and experience
• Project Management skills and experience
