A company is looking for a Property Claims Adjuster II to investigate, evaluate, and resolve property claims remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and evaluate complex claims involving dwelling losses, verifying coverage and assessing damagesDevelop detailed damage estimates using Xactimate and reconcile contractor estimates for accurate claim valuationNegotiate settlements and provide transparent communication to all parties involved in the claims processQualifications & ExperienceH.S. diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of property claims experience requiredProficiency in Xactimate with Level 2 certification (or equivalent experience)Strong knowledge of homeowner policies and claims practicesAbility to manage multiple claims in a fast-paced environment and maintain required state adjuster licenses
