Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications ASHA (CCC-SLP)
• Certifications BLS or BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS or BLS (AHA).
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in General in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 1 years.
• EMR Must have experience with EMRs.
• Skills Assessment GSP skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 2 references within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of HCA Healthcare in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations I am willing to float to sister facilities within 25 miles as needed.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: must have at least 2 years of experience, must have inpatient experience, must have Missouri State License, must have CCCs, must have experience performing Video Swallows, and must have proficiency with Meditech.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
