Supports team performance across order pulling, packing, and shipping to maintain quality standards. Champions safety programs within the FC, include training participation and ensuring daily safety goals are met or exceeded. Schedules employees in accordance with department productivity requirements and provides regular feedback aligned with Standard Operating Procedures. Acts as a team builder and supports the efficient operation of the department. Partners with the Operations Manager establish daily and monthly shift objectives in quality, productivity, and safety. Assumes supervisory responsibilities in the absence of Warehouse Management.
