Job Title: Manhattan Active Lead - Support Role

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Manhattan Active Support Lead to manage production support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement for Manhattan Active applications. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting WMS/OMS environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L2/L3 production support for Manhattan Active (WMS/OMS)
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and integration issues
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions
• Coordinate with business users and technical teams for issue resolution
• Manage service tickets, SLAs, and escalation processes
• Support deployments, patches, and system upgrades
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 9 years of experience in application support / WMS support
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active (WMS or OMS)
• Strong knowledge of incident management and ITIL processes
• Experience in troubleshooting APIs, integrations, and data issues
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in 24/7 support model (if required)
