Restaurant Manager

We're looking for leaders with previous restaurant management experience who want to grow their career with our locally owned franchise.

We want for you to have:

• 2+ years of current restaurant manager experience
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, develop and motivate team members.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to create fun in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to select and train Hourly Team Members
• Proven track record of guest driven focus
• The ability to prove you are eligible to work in the US
