Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions needing attention.; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, assisting with access control procedures and helping to address unauthorized access, disruptive behavior, and/or visitor concerns.; Support daily operations at the location by communicating with staff and visitors, providing directions, and assisting during medical-related and/or facility-related situations as instructed by site procedures.
