KENCO - 25720 West 159th Street - Responsibilities: Develops, analyzes, modifies and executes the wave plan to ensure predetermine ship schedules are met for all customers while maintaining a level workload of activity across all shifts; Prioritizes daily schedule and create reports as needed to monitor, track and measure performance at all levels; Provides technical assistance as a superuser while conducting diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems; Works closely with transportation and customer service teams to evaluate truck loads, fill expedite requests, and/or change routing; Monitors and respond to email and phone calls in a timely manner
