5 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or Assistant Kitchen Manager in a high-volume, full-service, systems-driven casual to upscale-casual restaurant required
Demonstrated leadership skills: approachable, team-oriented, leads by example, and committed to maintaining standards
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment
Track record of maintaining standards, exceeding goals, and building strong team relationships
Experience with inventory management and ordering is required
Strong commitment to food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance
Train, mentor, and lead the team - set high expectations and consistently deliver results
Foster positive, respectful relationships with all kitchen staff while maintaining accountability - integrity matters
Stay actively involved in all areas of the kitchen with constant awareness of operations
Uphold high service standards with strong attention to detail
Work alongside the team to create outstanding guest experiences every time
Ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
