This is a hands-on technical role supporting the assembly, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of advanced radar, RF, digital, and electronic systems. Depending on the team and specialization, the work may include system-level testing, module or PCB assembly, RF and digital diagnostics, cable and component integration, performance verification, or supporting final system acceptance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with equipment, following detailed procedures, solving technical problems, and contributing to systems that must perform with precision and reliability. The environment is structured, fast-paced, and mission-oriented, with close collaboration across production, engineering, and quality teams.

This role will start at a facility in Overland Park, KS and then transition to a nearby, new facility (under construction) in Olathe, KS.

Training for this role includes a 12-week hands on training program in Spain. Candidates must be open to international travel for initial training and have valid US passport.

Location: Overland Park and Olathe, KS

Shift: Monday-Friday 0530-1400 OR 1430-2300 (Overtime opportunities) there is a 7% shift differential for 2nd shift. Ideally candidates should be open for either shift.

$26-$36/hr
