Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Greet all Customers by making eye contact, smiling, and saying hello; assist Customers with merchandise and questions in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.; Assist Customers in any way necessary and be register-trained to support transactions.; Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping counters and mirrors, and replenishing restroom supplies to maintain a clean store.; Expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor and merchandise items per monthly presentation guidelines.; Understand and adhere to Loss Prevention policies and merchandise protection standards; handle cash and transactions following company procedures.
