12 Oaks Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the front house operation of the Dining Room Services Department; supervise the back of house/kitchen operations.; Manage staff scheduling on a biweekly basis if a FSD is not in the staffing pattern.; Ensure Dining Room areas are clean and safe and comply with the State sanitation code.; Maintain serving schedules and ensure food items are served per menu specifications.; Lead the team by example and adhere to community standards and guidelines.
