12 Oaks Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Supervises and manages the front house operations of the Dining Room Services Department; including training and managing the workflow of the department and/or supervises and manages the back of house operation of the kitchen area; Ensures Dining Room areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner and assures compliance with the State sanitation code; Mantains all serving schedules; ensure that all food items are served per menu specifications in a safe and appropriate manner according to departmental policies and procedures; Mantains temperature logs; Leads team by example through adherence to community standards and guidelines
