Role Name: Open text Functional Architect
Location: Remote - Atlanta, US

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Define and maintain:
o ArchiveLink document types
o SAP object links
o Content repositories
o Retention categories and storage rules
• Work with technical teams to configure connections between SAP and Archive Server.
• Validate archive policies for structured and unstructured documents.
• Strong understanding of enterprise archiving concepts.
Experience with:
• OpenText Archive Server
• SAP ArchiveLink
• SAP Content Repository configuration
• OpenText Document Access
• OpenText Content Suite or xECM
Knowledge of document retention and compliance policies.
Functional understanding of SAP modules such as:
• FI (Finance)
• MM (Materials Management)
• SD (Sales & Distribution)
• HR / HCM (optional)
Ability to map SAP business objects to archive document types.

Primary Skills: Expert in OpenText Document Archive Configuration for SAP. OpenText repository consolidation.
