Responsibilities

• Implement PLACE's established lead generation strategies
• Host open house events
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in team production initiatives
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and locate suitable properties
• Draft and negotiate purchase offers for your clients
• Monitor activities and manage client information using PLACE Technology

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Texas real estate license
