Description of Job Function:

Drive revenue growth by orchestrating high-impact marketing campaigns, coordinating agencies and internal contributors, and continuously improving the lead-to-customer journey across AIB's training and consulting portfolio. The Growth Marketing Manager serves as the operational engine of marketing execution, ensuring campaigns launch on time, vendors deliver measurable results, and marketing initiatives translate into qualified pipeline growth

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support revenue goals across AIB's B2B services.
  • Translate marketing strategy into actionable campaign plans with defined timelines, tactics, and performance metrics.
  • Manage campaign execution through project management systems (e.g., Asana), including kickoffs, task coordination, and post-campaign reviews.
  • Launch campaigns aligned with emerging sales priorities, product releases, and market opportunities.
Vendor & Agency Management
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and marketing vendors.
  • Provide clear campaign briefs, success metrics, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure deliverables contribute to campaign and revenue objectives.
Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing
  • Design lead nurturing journeys that move prospects through the buyer lifecycle.
  • Define marketing automation workflows aligned with campaign objectives and audience segments.
  • Partner with internal technical resources to implement and maintain marketing automation program
Funnel Optimization & Growth
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion across the marketing funnel.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Specialist to analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
  • Test and scale new tactics, channels, and messaging approaches to improve marketing ROI.
Sales Enablement Support
  • Identify marketing assets needed to support sales conversations and campaign promotion.
  • Coordinate development of campaign materials with copywriters, designers, and content agencies.
  • Ensure campaign messaging aligns with sales priorities and buyer needs.
Campaign Calendar & Cross-Team Coordination
  • Manage the global marketing campaign calendar to maintain alignment across regions and product teams.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders including product, sales, and marketing contributors.
  • Ensure campaign timelines remain aligned with business priorities and product launches.
Candidate Experience:

5-8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in one or more of the following environments:
  • Professional services marketing
  • B2B education or training organizations
  • Certification or compliance-driven industries
  • Food safety or regulated industries
  • HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Salesforce CRM
  • Asana or similar project management platforms
  • Google Analytics
  • Marketing automation platforms
Core Skills
  • Campaign Orchestration: Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams and optimizing performance.
  • Demand Generation: Execute lead generation through targeted programs, email marketing, nurture strategies, and conversion optimization.
  • Marketing Automation & Vendor Management: Design automation workflows and managing external PPC agencies or digital marketing vendors.
  • Performance Analytics: Interpret marketing data to identify insights and recommend campaign improvements.
  • Project Management & Execution: Maintain strong organizational discipline while coordinating multiple contributors, timelines, and deliverables.
Technical Skills:

The most successful person in this role will have the following experience:
  • HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Salesforce CRM
  • Asana or similar project management platforms
  • Google Analytics
  • Marketing automation platforms
  • Deep technical expertise is not required.

Travel required 25%.

Success in this role will be measured by campaign launch reliability, lead generation performance and marketing contribution to qualified pipeline.
