The Raymore-Peculiar School District is seeking a highly qualified individual for the position of Elementary Administrative Intern

The purpose of this position is to provide support to the building level principal(s) in the areas of instructional leadership as well as student learning and management. The individual hired for this position will be involved in a variety of leadership responsibilities that may include but are not limited to:

• Instructional Leadership Responsibilities -- Staff evaluation, mentoring and coaching; Facilitating PD, PLC teams, and data analysis; Planning and leading to implement the School Improvement Plan
• Management Responsibilities -- Working with students and parents; Working to support staff with challenges pertaining to students and parents; Providing administrative support to other schools when warranted
• Other duties assigned by the principal

• Minimum Master's Degree in Educational Administration
• Missouri Elementary Principal Certification Required

• Dependent of level of education and years of previous education experience
• Supervision stipend

• Teacher calendar plus 10 days
