Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the cardiovascular operating room by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures.
• Assist surgeons and nurses during cardiovascular surgeries, anticipating their needs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques and operating room protocols.
• Maintain and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment before, during, and after procedures.
• Monitor and manage inventory of surgical supplies.
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams to enhance patient safety and outcomes.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Previous experience working as a CVOR Tech or in a cardiovascular surgical setting.
• Knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical instrumentation, and cardiovascular procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Certification or formal training related to operating room technology is preferred.
