This opportunity is for a full-time School Psychologist position serving high school students (grades 9-12) in the Gardner, KS area and surrounding communities. The position runs from August 13, 2026, through May 21, 2027, offering approximately 37.5 hours per week on a contract basis.

Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, collaborating with educators and families, providing counseling and behavioral intervention support, and helping develop individualized education programs (IEPs) to ensure students' academic and social-emotional success. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.

Qualifications and experience:

• Valid Kansas School Psychologist License is required
• Experience working in school settings with high school populations preferred
• Skilled in administering and interpreting psychological assessments
• Knowledge of special education laws, mental health, and intervention strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and community resources

Location: Gardner, KS and nearby areas, with flexibility regarding assignment sites within the region.
