A Compliance Specialist is needed for a company that transports, distributes and generates energy, with diversified assets that include a balance between crude oil and natural gas. Remote work. This role will design, implement, and oversee the company's ethical framework by investigating misconduct and ensuring everyone follows established compliance standards.

responsibilities:

  • Investigate all reports and allegations of workplace misconduct.

  • Develop internal standards, controls, and procedures to prevent unethical behavior.

  • Minimize instances of non-compliance and improper conduct through strategic oversight.

  • Ensure all company standards are clearly communicated to every level of the organization.

  • Institutionalize ethical practices so they become part of the corporate culture.

  • Continuously monitor and audit adherence to established policies and procedures.
