Maintenance Lead

Arise Homes is a new home builder and developer dedicated to providing beautiful, quality homes at an affordable price point. Join a dynamic and customer-focused team dedicated to helping families find their dream home. As the Maintenance Lead, you will take ownership of all Arise facilities. From self-performing routine maintenance to managing subcontractors, this role will serve our organization with a unifying attitude and mind towards excellence and service. The Maintenance Supervisor will have opportunities for both personal and professional growth while working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Respond to maintenance requests from staff in a timely and professional manner.
  • Continuously improve whatever you are working on, never stop striving for excellence.
  • Recognize improvements that need to be made and take initiative to make them.
  • Be prepared and able to complete all details ("fill the gap"): all caulking, paint touch-up, minor texture repairs, etc... and anything else that is not to Arise Homes standards.
  • Learn and adapt to new skills needed for the position.
  • Develop an organizational system for yourself that allows you to be efficient and responsive.
  • Communicate regularly with the Arise team.
  • Inspect all work for quality and completion.
  • Hold trade partners accountable to company quality standards as applicable.
  • Communicate to the Employee Support Manager about progress, needs, and concerns.

Reporting Relationship

The Maintenance Lead reports to the Employee Support Manager.

Job Hours

  • 40-45 hours per week (8:00am 5pm, M-F).
  • Lunch meetings are occasionally required.
  • After hours and weekends may be necessary on occasion for trips, events, or to meet deadlines.
  • Travel is occasionally required.
