McDonald's - 2200 East Santa Fe Street - Responsibilities: Conduct maintenance travel paths and planning and prioritizing preventive maintenance, and routine maintenance issues within the restaurant; Partner with Area Facilities team where issues require additional support; Help maintain cooking equipment including troubleshooting, cleaning, sanitizing, calibrating, and conducting basic to intermediate repairs; Conduct basic HVAC support, such as changing air filters and belts, monitoring cleanliness level of the system, and conducting basic cleaning functions; Maintain fryer system by ensuring oil filtration is completed, fryers are kept clean, and grease deposits or build up is maintained to keep the system in clean and good repair
