Firehouse Subs - - Responsibilities: Fully accountable for the profitable operation of the Firehouse Subs restaurant within guidelines and requirements.; Ensure compliance with health, wage, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, and other regulations.; Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness.; Assist the GM in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives.; Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM.
