POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Team Member and Line Server, your primary role is serving our guests and assisting with the preparation of food.
Job Functions:
- Enthusiastically greet guests when they enter the restaurant and serve them following brand guidelines.
- Restock front line with prepared product.
- Clean, organize, and restock all stations.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of food and cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Prepare food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures to provide a healthy and safe environment for all guests and team members.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management.
- Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA and maintain a cooperative, respectful working relationship with management and fellow team members.
- Strive to exceed guest expectations every day.
- Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times!
