HVAC Solutions Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Customer Development & Sales

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Recognize customer needs, deliver tailored presentations, and formulate customized proposals, pricing, and cost estimates.
  • Foster sales growth through consultative selling and the development of long-term client relationships.

Technical & Product Expertise

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, controls, and the latest technologies.
  • Effectively communicate the value and applications of our comprehensive product portfolio.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and competitor offerings.

Project & Customer Support

  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and service teams to guarantee timely project execution and resolution of issues.
  • Act as a vital contact point throughout the sales and project lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction.

Market & Business Intelligence

  • Analyze project outcomes and market activities to identify customer requirements, competitive positioning, and opportunities for growth.
  • Offer actionable insights to internal teams regarding market trends and product performance.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, construction, building automation, controls, service, sales engineering, or system design.
  • A strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex concepts into customer-centric solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally up to 25%.
